Peppermint Essential Oil
Improves cognitive functioning – attention span, memory and reasoning. Improves focus and alertness, calms the mind, reduces anxiety and stress. Very cooling, refreshing and uplifting. Relieves achy back and joints. Good for headaches. Aids digestion and nausea.

Geranium Essential Oil
Elevates and uplifts spirits and levels out mood swings. Relieves anxiety. Normalizes and balances hormones. A tonic for all systems in the body.

Rosemary Essential Oil
Mental stimulant. Aids mental clarity and cognitive functions. Helps one become more alert. Increases circulation. Alleviates muscles and joint pain. Aids digestion. Tones the skin and removes dryness.

Unscented Aromatherapy Body & Massage Oil
A special blend of emollient oils nourishing and hydrating to the skin without feeling greasy. Suitable for all skin conditions. Ideal for massage or after shower moisturizing. An excellent carrier base for aromatherapy essential oils.

  • Apricot Kernel Oil – Very light, but not thin, conditioning to the skin and absorbs easily into the skin
  • High Oleic Sunflower Oil – Good emollient, light oil, helps skin retain moisture; provides a protective barrier
  • High Oleic Safflower Oil – Good emollient, light oil, moisturizes, promotes healthy skin, good for skin conditions such as acne, wrinkles, scars, etc, high oleic lasts longer without going rancid
  • Jojoba Oil – A highly emollient liquid wax, containing nutrients that feed the skin and regulate its functions; excellent softening and moisturizing oil, ideal for aging, dry skin, does not go rancid and makes an excellent base
  • Sesame Oil – Aids anxiety and depression, promotes circulation and helps reduce blood pressure, improves bone, skin and heart health, stimulates bone growth, lowers inflammation, aids in reducing age spots

DIRECTIONS FOR USE

TARA Aromatherapy Blending Recipe for Jet Lag

1) Pour TARA Unscented Body & Massage Oil into 2 oz. blending bottle

2) Add TARA Essential Oil Recipe:

Massage onto skin after bath or shower. Use directly in bath by adding 1-2 capfuls under running water. Take the time to relax in warm bath and soak away stress and tension. After bath and as needed, gently massage oil onto temples, forehead and back of neck. Rub Oil between palms, cup hands over nose and mouth and breathe in the soothing benefits. At bedtime, put drops of oil onto tissue and place under pillow.
