Return Policy

We value our customers and are committed to providing the finest quality, natural products and exceptional customer service. If within 30 days of your purchase you are dissatisfied with your product, please contact us and we will be happy to help you with a replacement or refund.

Sorry no returns accepted after 30 days.

Please note the following exceptions:

  • We cannot accept the return of perishable items (ex: oils or lotions) if they have been opened.
  • We cannot accept items not purchased from this website.

To Return a Product:

  • Call 866-224-1391 for a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). We cannot accept any returns without this number.
  • Properly package the product(s) and send via insured, prepaid US mail or UPS to:

Damaged Or Missing Product

All claims for damaged or missing product must be reported within 5 days of receipt by calling 866-244-1391. If damage appears to be a result of shipping, please retain packing materials for carrier’s inspection and call TARA Customer Service for instructions. No items will be accepted for credit or replacement unless a claim has been made within 5 days of receipt of product.
