Balancing Bathing Ritual
Add 6-15 drops of Balancing Bath & Diffuser Oil to drawn bath. Light a candle, put on some soothing music and relax for 20 minutes. After bath, apply Balancing Body & Massage Oil to body, wrap in a warm robe and enjoy a cup of your favorite tea.

Stress Relieving Bath
Add 2 Tbsp. Stress Release Bath Therapy Salts to a warm bath. Essential Oils of Ylang Ylang, Lavender, Chamomile and Eucalyptus, along with Valerian Root and St. John’s Wort herbal extracts will calm your nervous system and create a sense of vitality and peace.

Stress Relieving Salt Glow
Mix 4 Tbsp. Stress Release Bath Therapy Salts with 2 Tbsp. Balancing Body & Massage Oil and 2 Tbsp. of water. In the shower, rub gently onto entire body to exfoliate skin surface, then rinse off.

Daily Stress Relief
Blend the following Essential Oils into 2 oz. Unscented Lotion or Unscented Body & Massage Oil: 10 drops Lavender Essential Oil, 5 drops Geranium Essential Oil and 10 drops Sandalwood Essential Oil. Apply this blend to your whole body after shower or bath.

Ayurvedic Balancing Ritual
After a relaxing, warm bath, apply Vata, Pitta, Kapha or Bindi (balancing for all) Herbal Infused Body Oil to your body to restore balance to your specific constitution. Wrap in a warm robe and complete the ritual with a cup of the balancing Ayurvedic Tea.
