Cinnamon is loaded with antioxidants. Add a teaspoon of cinnamon to a filter with your ground coffee. Add to steamed milk with honey and cocoa powder for a delicious latte. Enjoy a cup of TARA Ayurveda Vata or Pitta Organic Tea, both of which contain cinnamon.

For a delicious Turmeric tea, heat 2 cup each coconut milk and water. Add 1 TBSP ghee, 1 TBSP honey and 1 tsp. Turmeric.
