TARA Aromatherapy Blending Recipe for Jet Lag
 
1) Pour TARA Unscented Body & Massage Oil into 2 oz. blending bottle
 
2) Add TARA Essential Oil Recipe:

  • 6 drops Peppermint
  • 6 drops Geranium
  • 12 drops Rosemary
  •  
    3) Shake well
    Massage onto skin after bath or shower. Use directly in bath by adding 1-2 capfuls under running water. Take the time to relax in warm bath and soak away stress and tension. After bath and as needed, gently massage oil onto temples, forehead and back of neck. Rub Oil between palms, cup hands over nose and mouth and breathe in the soothing benefits. At bedtime, put drops of oil onto tissue and place under pillow.
